CSR Nursing Home operates one of the busiest Outpatient Departments (OPD) in the city, led by Dr. Rajini Kumar. Our OPD features multiple specialty cabins catering to General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Diabetology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Cardiology. Additionally, we have separate cabins for visiting consultants. The OPDs are fully air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary medical equipment, including crash carts and defibrillators, to handle emergencies.
IP Department
CSR Nursing Home is a 50-bed medical centre offering five different types of rooms for inpatients:

Our 10-bed Day Care Centre is designed for minor medical ailments requiring admission and observation for less than 24 hours. This facility has benefited thousands of patients, reducing their financial burden. The concept has been widely appreciated by our patients.
ICU Complex
The 12-bed ICU at CSR Nursing Home is fully equipped to handle any emergency. Led by Dr. K. Sooraj Kumar, the ICU team includes intensivists, internal medicine physicians, anaesthetists, clinical pharmacologists, respiratory therapists, critical care technicians, trained staff, physiotherapists, and dieticians. CSR Nursing Home boasts one of the best surgical teams, led by Dr. CSR Kumar, who has completed over 54,000 successful surgeries. Our Twin Ultra-Modern centrally air-conditioned Operation Theatre Complex is equipped with HEPA filters, laminar airflow units, and C-ARM. The complex operates 24/7 to manage surgical emergencies. We also have a Minor Operation Theatre for day care procedures. Our hospital is one of the busiest and most experienced laparoscopic centres in Coimbatore District. We have a dedicated Day Care Surgical Centre to reduce hospital stays. Modern and safe anaesthesia practices ensure quick and effective recovery.
Labour Suite
CSR Nursing Home is renowned for its expertise in obstetrics, managing even high-risk pregnancies with utmost safety. Our Modern Labour OT Complex is equipped with all necessary instruments, baby resuscitation units, baby warmers, centralised oxygen units, and an in-house crash cart unit to handle obstetric emergencies.
Cardiac Cath Lab
In 2021, CSR Nursing Home launched its Cardiac Cath Lab to provide primary angioplasty services, especially for the lower-income community. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments to handle various cardiac cases, making it a busy cardiac thrombolysis centre.
Dialysis Unit
Our newly launched Dialysis Unit offers care for both acute and chronic kidney patients. The dialysis team comprises internal medicine physicians, nephrologists, critical care physicians, dialysis technicians, and dieticians. We also offer free dialysis care for unaffordable patients affected by Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
Pharmacy
CSR Nursing Home operates a 24-hour pharmacy, managed by a highly trained team of pharmacists and clinical pharmacologists. Our pharmacy offers a wide range of medications, from simple antipyretics to high-cost emergency drugs. It is regularly scrutinised by the chairman to ensure patient safety and adequate stock levels. The pharmacy provides a 5% discount on all medication purchases throughout the year.
